2. 因電腦手機螢幕設定不同顏色略有差異，請以實品顏色為準，客製後將無法因色差退換貨。
3. 玻璃無保固，售後與耗材可直接向KeepCup台灣代理商購入。


KeepCup很長的注意事項 ：
1.KeepCup是隨行杯，不是保溫杯。
2.杯蓋無須旋轉直接能打開，搭扣式開關飲孔設計，非密封杯雖不易撒漏，但如果裝滿水放進包包或熱咖啡造成壓力可能會出現滲漏現象，此為正常情況非產品問題，使用上請小心。
3.燙水裝入密封的杯子會使杯內壓力增加，傾斜時可能造成溢出；當杯內溫度超過65度，應打開吸孔或取下杯蓋飲用。 
4.微波爐加熱前請先取下杯蓋。(蓋上的活動扣禁止微波) 
5.不宜長期儲存飲料於杯內。 
6.請勿灌裝非飲用性液體，液體燃料或其他易燃，腐蝕或化學性物質。 
7.避免將杯子暴露於強烈陽光或強冷環境中。 
8.雖有軟木隔熱圈但滾燙的咖啡還是會使玻璃升溫可能燙手，拿取時請留意溫度。 
9.使用前請檢查杯蓋是否密封，如杯蓋已磨損或滲漏，請勿使用。
10.強化玻璃製健康安全好清洗，全新的KeepCup在杯蓋打開瞬間些許塑料味屬正常，之後便不再有對咖啡的風味也不會有影響。 
11.請勿冷熱交替使用。
12.已有裂紋的玻璃杯請勿繼續使用，注意安全。
